Edward & Parry, LLC was created in 2009 as the parent company of our hop empire. It is our goal to be a premier grower and distributor of hops and hop related products in Wisconsin and eventually around the country.

We believe that the therapeutic properties of hops are perfect for products used in personal hygiene and around the house. Not just for men, because the wonderful aroma of hops has citrus and floral notes enjoyed by everyone.

At the current time, we are producing a line of aromatherapy products, called Hop Therapy (TM) that includes soaps and classic style shaving kits. As we continue to go groww, we intend to add new bath products, teas, and home decor - all centered around the properties of the hop flower.

We have an acre of hop plants and a really big trellis to support the plants. We also have a drying and processing facility onsite. The crop was initially planted in 2009 and we’re looking forward to many years of production.

On our hop farm, we currently have 10 varieties in production and are learning which ones do best and provide the qualities desired to create these products and for use in brewing beer locally.

Who knows where we’ll end up, but we’re so excited to be on the road to bringing hops back to Wisconsin.
